There's always some vegetables left in the refrigerator. But with these few vegetables add some potatoes, tomatoes quickly make a delicious tawa pulav which is totally inviting. Chole masala or pav bhaji masala are mostly available at home. This masala adds the perfect taste to the tawa pulav. Here i have not cooked the rice seperately but cooked vegetables first and then cooked rice along with the vegetables in a rice cooker. Makes it easy, tasty, nicely fluffed into long grains. You could also use left over cooked rice and make the same, adding the cooked rice towards the end, mixing it well with the cooked vegetables by covering and cooking on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. That would make a instant veg tawa pulav.
