  • 20 gram carrot Or 2 small carrots shredded Or 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup small to medium green bell pepper thinly sliced Or 1/3 thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 1.75-2 cup french beans, sliced very thinly Or 0.25 thinly sliced beans
  • 1/2-3/4 cup small to medium spring onions Or 1/3 cup spring onions whites
  • 0.13 teaspoon crushed black pepper or black pepper powder or add as per taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup cooked noodles Or about 75 grams uncooked noodles
  • 3/4 tablespoon bean sprouts
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon chopped spring onion greens
  • As required Salt
  • As required oil for deep frying
  • 1.50 tablespoon all purpose flour or corn starch
  • 1-1.25 As required tablespoon water or add to make a thick paste
  • 6-7.50 spring roll wrappers
