Ingredients for Veg sandwich Recipe

  • 12 Pieces bread slices
  • 2 Pieces potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 Cup coriander leaves
  • 2 Tsp teaspoon green chillies chopped
  • 1 Cup tomatoes chopped
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • As Required Vegetable oil

Directions: Veg Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok, heat some oil.
  • STEP 2.Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 3.Fry the tomatoes till the oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Mix some salt and sugar in the mashed potatoes.
  • STEP 5.Add the mashed potatoes in the wok.
  • STEP 6.Fry them well. Add the green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 7.Mix them very well and then add the black pepper powder.
  • STEP 8.Fry the mashed potatoes well and add the butter. Remove it from the flame.
  • STEP 9.Toast the bread slices in a toaster. You may also fry them in a pan by adding some butter.
  • STEP 10.Add the mashed potatoes mix between the two slices of bread and serve hot.
