Ingredients for Veg. Rice Rolls Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups Rice flour
  • 1/4 Pieces Green chilies
  • 0.13 Tsp Oil
  • A Pinch Baking soda
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Cup Grated paneer
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Green chillies
  • 0.13 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.13 Tsp Chaat masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Veg. Rice Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water to boil, add salt, green chilli, oil, soda in the boiling water. Add Rice flour to make dough like khichdi
  • STEP 2.To make the stuffing, Mix grated panner, finely chopped vegetables and masala in the bowl.
  • STEP 3.Take dough and prepare a chapati from it. Stuff the mixture in the center of the chapati and give the shape of chapati as roll
  • STEP 4.Fry the rolls in oil at medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Serve Veg. Rice Rolls with Tomato Ketchup
