Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the soaked rice, salt, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • STEP 7.Cover the pan and simmer until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
  • STEP 8.Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves.
