  • 1 cup spring onioncarrot
  • 1 cup cabbage onion
  • As required Ginger
  • As required Garlic
  • As required chilli paste
  • As required Butter
  • As required Soya
  • As required chilli sauce
  • As required All purpose flour
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil

Directions: Veg. Momos Recipe

  • STEP 1.For stuffing
  • STEP 2.All veg. Cut in small pieces and SAtute in oil on fast gas
  • STEP 3.Add soya sauce and corn flour slary
  • STEP 4.Gas off
  • STEP 5.Then add butter, cordinar, spring onion
  • STEP 6.Mix it well
  • STEP 7.For dough
  • STEP 8.Take all purpose flour, add salt, oil and make normal dough
  • STEP 9.Make small puri and stuff the stuffing and make shapes you like
  • STEP 10.Steam for 15 to 20 minutes
  • STEP 11.Ready veg. Momos to serve
