  • 2 Pieces onions finely chopped
  • 1 Pieces carrot finely chopped
  • 1 Pieces capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 Cup boiled corn kernels
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 A Handful Green chilles finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chili flakes
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Bread slice
  • As Required Butter
  • As Required Cheese
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander

  • STEP 1.Put butter in a pan and saute all the vegetables and green chillies for 5 minutes. After the mixture cools down, add oregano,
  • STEP 2.Add chili flakes and salt and mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.Take a slice of bread and put butter on one side and butter on the other side. Now spread the prepared filling on it. Then put another slice of the prepared bread and press it a little by hand.
  • STEP 4.Apply butter on both the top and bottom of the sandwich and let it grill. The Mayo Grill sandwich is ready to serve.
  • STEP 5.Garnish the veg. mayo grill sandwich with cheese and coriander.
