Ingredients for Veg lollipops Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Finely chopped veggies
  • 0.67 g big potatoes boiled
  • 0.33 Box peeled and mashed
  • 0.67 tablespoons Corn flour
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp pepper powder
  • 0.33 g Oil for frying
  • 0.33 g For dipping sauce
  • 0.17 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 0.67 g 2-3 g
  • 0.67 tablespoons Tomato sauce
  • 0.67 teaspoons Soy sauce

Directions: Veg Lollipops Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil, peel and mash the potatoes very well.
  • STEP 2.Chop the other veggies very finely.
  • STEP 3.Take the mashed potatoes and veggies in a mixing bowl.Add corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chili flakes and mix very well. Do not add water.
  • STEP 4.Shape into small logs like lollipops. Insert a toothpick or lollipop stick into each log.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil for shallow frying. Shallow fry 2-3 lollipops at at time until golden brown. Arrange in a serving plate.
  • STEP 6.Heat 2 teaspoons sesame oil in a small kadai. Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, chili flakes and saute well.
  • STEP 7.After the raw smell goes off add 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and mix well. Add 1/4 cup water and cook till the sauce thickens. Drizzle this sauce over prepared lollipops. Serve veg lollipops garnished with spring onion greens.
