  • 0.67 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1.67 Pieces Black pepper
  • 0.33 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.67 Pieces Cardamom pods
  • 0.67 tsp Desiccated coconut
  • 0.33 Inch Cinnamon stick
  • 0.33 cup Onion
  • 0.33 cup Tomatoes
  • 2 g arlic cloves
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1.33 tsp Oil
  • 0.17 cup Carrot
  • 0.08 cup Green peas
  • 0.08 cup French beans
  • 0.17 cup Paneer
  • 0.17 cup Capsicum
  • 0.17 cup Onion
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.33 tsp Fresh cream
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Veg Kolhapuri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly prepare Kolhapuri paste. For that dry roast cardamom pods, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, black pepper, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds. Once cool, make a paste of it by adding water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, tomatoes and garlic cloves. Then make paste of it.
  • STEP 3.Now in another pan, fry onion and capsicum cubes and keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, saute kolhapuri paste and add all the dry masala. Further add onion tomatoes paste and saute it. Add water if required for the gravy.
  • STEP 5.Now add boiled veggies (carrot, french beans, green peas) , paneer cubes, fried onion & capsicum. Add salt and mix everything well. Let it cook for few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Lastly add coriander leaves and garnish with some fresh cream. Delicious restaurant style veg Kolhapuri is ready to serve.
