  • STEP 2.Add spices like turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add boiled and mashed potatoes to the pan and mix everything together.
  • STEP 4.Take a roti and spread some green chutney or sauce of your choice on it.
  • STEP 5.Place a portion of the vegetable filling on the roti and roll it tightly.
