Veg Chinese balls is a crispy indo Chinese starter. A choice of mixed vegetables combined with refined flour, spices and souces then deep fry them. It is a perfect snack for kids party or when guests at your home.
STEP 2.Add potatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for five minutes on high flame.
STEP 3.Add salt and red chilly flakes in it. Mix well.
STEP 4.Add refined flour in it. Mix properly and soute for two minutes.
STEP 5.Switch off the flame.
STEP 6.Transfer this mixture in to a bowl.
STEP 7.Add corn starch, corriander leaves, bread crumbs & schezwan sauce in it. Mix properly.
STEP 8.Divide the mixture in to equal portions and roll into round shape.
STEP 9.Deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.
STEP 10.Drain out on absorbant paper.
STEP 11.Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot.
