Veg Chinese balls is a crispy indo Chinese starter. A choice of mixed vegetables combined with refined flour, spices and souces then deep fry them. It is a perfect snack for kids party or when guests at your home.

Ingredients for Veg Chinese Balls Recipe

  • As Required rated potatoes three
  • As Required rated carrot one
  • As Required One capsicum
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly flakes one
  • 1.50 tablespoons Refined flour three
  • 1/2 tablespoon Corn starch one
  • 1 tablespoons Chopped Corriander leaves two
  • 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce half
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs one
  • As Required Chat masala one table spoon
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Veg Chinese Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Add potatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for five minutes on high flame.
  • STEP 3.Add salt and red chilly flakes in it. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add refined flour in it. Mix properly and soute for two minutes.
  • STEP 5.Switch off the flame.
  • STEP 6.Transfer this mixture in to a bowl.
  • STEP 7.Add corn starch, corriander leaves, bread crumbs & schezwan sauce in it. Mix properly.
  • STEP 8.Divide the mixture in to equal portions and roll into round shape.
  • STEP 9.Deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.
  • STEP 10.Drain out on absorbant paper.
  • STEP 11.Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot.
