  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 0.17 tsp haldi powder
  • 0.08 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.17 tsp mirchi powder
  • 0.33 tsp Biryani masala
  • As required onions (finely chopped)
  • As required Tezpatta
  • As required Cloves
  • As required kalimirch
  • As required Jawitri
  • As required Big cardamon
  • As required Paneer
  • As required Water (as you need)
  • As required Ghee
  • As required coriander (finely chopped)
  • 0.17 Cups Basmati rice        {soaked for hour}

Directions: Veg Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.First chop all the vegetables,paneer finely,then add curd and all the spices in it.let it leave for 20 min for marinate.
  • STEP 2.Now finely chop the onion and fry it well till golden colour (for bista)
  • STEP 3.Wash the rice thoroughly and keep aside.now put cooker on the gas heat the in high flame.
  • STEP 4.Add ghee and all the standing spices (tez pata,elaichi,cloves, cardamon etc) then add all marinated vegetables and some salt, and spices and leave for 5min to half cook.now add rice and bista, 2 drops rose water sprinkle some coriander.cover the cooker with lid for one whistle.
  • STEP 5.Now open cooker and serve easy instant biryani with onions, Schezwan chutney,or raita.
