Ingredients for Veg biryani Recipe

  • 66.67 gram Rice
  • 33.33 gram Capsicum
  • 33.33 gram Potatoes
  • 16.67 gram Green peas
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 16.67 gram Cashewnuts
  • 33.33 gram Cauliflower
  • 0.33 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 0.33 Pieces Piece cinnamon
  • 0.33 tablespoon homemade biryani masala powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon haldi(turmeric) powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon shahi jeera(cumin seeds)

Directions: Veg Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take rice wash and soak 20 mins. Now chop the vegetables. Onions finely chopped. Diced potatoes and capsicum. Cauliflower into medium size chop.
  • STEP 2.Cook the rice ,then strain it . Now keep for cooling.
  • STEP 3.Now take a deep vessel . They add oil . raost the cashewnuts and keep aside. Now add onions.raoating until golden brown and keep half of this aside.
  • STEP 4.Then add capsicum potatoes and cauliflower and green chilli ,gingergarlic paste and saute them. . Then add salt and cook vegetables until done. . Add biryani masala powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Now add the rice in this pan and gently mix so that all the veggies spices and rice blend. Let it cook on low flame Nd serve with raita.
