It is a typical bengali cuisine.We can make it as sweet & savoury .l give this receipe my own twist ,In winters we enjoy lot of green veggies ,so l made it with spinach & lot of veggies .
STEP 1.*Combine maida,salt & black grinded pepper in a bowl.
STEP 2.*Add spinach puree to it.With the help of milk,knead it well to make dough.
STEP 3.*Put wet cotton cloth on it & keep it aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 4.*Boil all the veggies in a pan.When they become smooth,stain the water with the help of stainer.
STEP 5.*Put all the veggies in a bowl with salt,black grinded pepper,chat masala & lemon juice.Mix well.
STEP 6.*After 15 minutes, again knead the dough & make small balls out of it
STEP 7.*On a rolling board,put one ball & with the help of rolling pin,make puri out of it.
STEP 8.*place 1 tsp of vegetables stuffing on the centre of the puri.Fold it to make a semi circle, seal the edges completely using little watet or u can use gujjiya mould also to give perfect shape to ghugra
STEP 9.*grease the microwave tray with little oil .
STEP 10.*Make ghugras from remaining balls & put them in tray.
STEP 11.*Put the tray in microwave.Microwave for 10 minutes.
STEP 12.*Take them out & check they are properly cooked or not.Serve hot with any dip of ur choice with tea or coffee.
