0.33 Litre liter Amul Gold milk
0.33 tablespoon Yogurt
0.33 cup Condensed milk
0.33 tsp Vanilla essence
0.67 Tsp dry fruit and sprinkle
Directions: Vanilla Yogurt Ice Cream With Condensed Milk Recipe
STEP 1.First heat the milk and when it cools down add a teaspoon of curd. After seven-eight hours it will become yoghurt.
STEP 2.Now wrap the yoghurt in a cotton napkin. And drain all the water. Put the package in the fridge for seven to eight hours. So all the water will go out and the yoghurt will not be sour.
STEP 3.Add condensed milk to the curd and mix well. Now add vanilla essence and dried fruit and mix well.
STEP 4.Fill the mixture in an air tight container and let it set in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours.
STEP 5.When the ice cream freezes after seven to eight hours, serve ice cream in a cone filled with ice cream, sprinkle with garnish and serve.
