Ingredients for Vanilla cake Recipe

  • 0.30 cups Maida
  • 0.15 tsp baking soda
  • 1/5 tsp Baking powder
  • As required pinch salt
  • 1/5 cup powder sugar
  • 1/10 cup Curd
  • 1/10 cup Sunflower oil
  • 1/5 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/5 cup Milk as needed

Directions: Vanilla Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a mixing bowl add curd. Oil.Essence sugar mix well. Now gradually start adding dry mixture into it and mix by following the cut and fold method. Add milk as required to get ribbon like consistency cake batter.
  • STEP 2.Grease cake mould and pour cake batter and cook preheated cooker for 30 / 40 minutes check with a stick if it comes clear then the cake is done otherwise cook for a few minutes. Cook it demould the cake.
  • STEP 3.Ready to serve
