STEP 4.Add valor papdi and cook for a few minutes.
STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix together chickpea flour, fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, oil, and salt. Shape the mixture into small dumplings.
STEP 6.Add the dumplings to the curry and cook until they are cooked through.
STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

You can add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavors.
Make sure to steam the muthia dumplings well before adding them to the curry.
