8 No.s Sliced sword beans
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 pinch Salt
1/2 cup Water
4 No.s Dry red chilly
1 No.s Chopped Onion
1 sprig Curry leaves

STEP 1. set a vessel on the stove on medium heat. Add in 8 sliced sword beans, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, a pinch of salt and ½ cup of water and steam for 8-10 minutes on a low flame.

STEP 1.in a grinder crush 1 chopped onion and 4 dry red chilies.

STEP 1. heat a pan with 2 tsp cooking oil. Add the crushed mix and saute till it turns brown.

STEP 1.add a few curry leaves and saute till they are tender.
step 5
STEP 1.now transfer the cooked beans into the pan.
step 6
STEP 1.stir-cook on a medium flame till the beans turn very pale brown.
step 7
STEP 1.turn off the flame when beans are properly cooked.
