STEP 1.Soak channa daal for 2-3 hours. Grind 1 onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chilli, cinnamon, clove, salt without adding water. Drain the water from soaked channa daal and gring. Mix the grounded channa daal, masala paste, 1 finely chopped onions, dil leaves are optional adjust salt. If need more spicy can add chopped green chillies as required.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok, make small balls out of dough and press to small circular vada and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown colour.
STEP 3.Enjoy with a cup of coffee
