0.17 Cup Urad Dal
0.17 Cup yellow moongdal
0.33 Cup White sesame seeds
1.67 Pieces Green chillies
To Taste Salt
A Pinch ajwain seeds
1.67 Cups Rice flour
As Required Oil
2.67 Tbsp Oil
As Required water
Directions: Urad Yellowmoongdal Murukku😋😋😋 Recipe
STEP 1.First soak urad Dal & moongdal 2 hrs. Then, drain d water, add 4 cups of water to boil urad & moongdal in pressure cooker in high flame in 4 whistles. Then, switch off d flame. After, take d boiled urad Dal , moongdal. Let's cool it. Then, grind it becomes paste. Keep aside.
STEP 2.After take d green chillies, grind it becomes paste. Keep aside.
STEP 3.After, take d bowl, add rice flour, ajwain seeds, white Sesame seeds, urad Dal moongdal paste, green chillies paste, salt & 8tbsp oil mix it well. Make a dough. Dough to make small balls.
STEP 4.Take d murukku machine, keep it in dat balls. Press it in heated oil for frying 2 sides it becomes golden brown. Then, switch off d flame. Take it in absorbent paper. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy♥️♥️.
