Directions: Urad Dall Sukhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Urad dall ko hum 3 ya 4 ghante ke liye pani mein bhigo denge jisse ki dall soft ho jaye aur pakne mein Time na lage
  • STEP 2.ab iske baad hum Cooker mei Ghee dalkar usme hing jeera dalkar tadhka lenge
  • STEP 3.ab isme ginger garlic ka paste add kar denge and chop kiya hua pyaj dall denge
  • STEP 4.iske baad isme chop kiya hua tamater dall kar usme sahi sukhe masale dall denge aur achi tarah mix kar lenge
  • STEP 5.ab isme dall ka dall denge and thodha sa pani ko dalkar ek whistle hone par band kar denge aur check kar lenge
  • STEP 6.Jab dall ready ho jaye to uper se dhaniya se garnish kar lenge
