Add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, small piece ginger, 1/4 tsp hing and salt. Mix well. Dip hands in water and make vada and drop it in hot oil. Drop it slowly one by one. Fry them both sides into golden colour. Serve with thick coconut chutney.
