STEP 1.Roast the semolina till it becomes little brown.Pour it in a plate.
STEP 2.In the same pan,add oil & when it heats up add mustard seeds. Cook till aroma smells.
STEP 3.Now add curry leaves & green chillies,cook for a sec & add chopped onions.Cook for a minute & add tomatoes.cook for few minutes.
STEP 4.Add roasted semolina & 2 cup of water.Cook on low flame till water absorbs.
STEP 5.Serve hot.
