Ingredients for Tuti fruity bread Recipe

  • 1 Cups maida
  • 1/2 Cups Curd
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 g Baking powder
  • 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • As Required Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups Tuti fruity

Directions: Tuti Fruity Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.Ia large mixing bowl take curd, ¾ sugar,oil and vanilla extract.
  • STEP 2.mix well with the help of whisk.
  • STEP 3.Sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder.
  • STEP 4.mix well using cut and fold method.
  • STEP 5.further add ¼ cup water and mix well forming thick flowing consistency batter.
  • STEP 6.add in ¼ cup of tutti frutti and give a good mix.
  • STEP 7.further, transfer the cake batter into the cake mould or bread mould (width: 12 cm, height: 6 cm, length: 26 cm). make sure to grease the mould with butter to avoid sticking and line butter paper at bottom of tray.
  • STEP 8.level up the batter and pat the tray twice to remove the air incorporated into the batter.
  • STEP 9.place the cake tray into preheated oven. bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 200 degree for 35 to40 minutes.
  • STEP 10.finally, serve the tutti frutti cake or store in airtight container.
