Ingredients for Turskish Cheese Bread Chicken Recipe

  • 1/4 kg Minced chicken
  • 3/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 As Required Large onions chopped
  • 1/4 As Required Medium sized onions chopped
  • 1/4 As Required roasted cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala(optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (optional)
  • As Required oil/ butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt per taste
  • 1/4 cup Paprika/chilly powder
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/4 tbsp Active dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 0.19 cup Warm milk
  • 1/4 Pieces Extra large eggs
  • 3/4 tbsp Sesame/Nigella seeds

Directions: Turskish Cheese Bread Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix warm milk,sugar,yeast and let it rest for 10 minutes
  • STEP 2.Next add eggs ,All purpose flour and salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix everything and make a nice dough
  • STEP 4.Let it rest 1hour or until doubles in size
  • STEP 5.Take the dough and punch out the air.
  • STEP 6.Knead once more and then divide in to two equal balls( you can make small or medium ones 4 or 8 as well from this dough)
  • STEP 7.Roll the dough in an oval shape
  • STEP 8.Spread Chicken mixture along with cheese leaving some space on the sides to be folded in a boat shape .
  • STEP 9.Beat an egg and brush it on the borders , sprinkle some sesame or Nigella seeds.
  • STEP 10.Bake in a pre_heated oven at 200 °C for 25/30 minutes or until the edges turns golden brown.
  • STEP 11.Take it out ,let it rest for 5 minutes
  • STEP 12.Serve with feta cheese
