  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 cup Baby spinach about 2 large handfuls
  • 1/2 cup Nonfat plain greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt of choice
  • 3 tablespoon Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1.50 cup Frozen mixed berries i used a blend of blackberries blueberries and raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 2-3 teaspoon Honey or swap agave or maple syrup to make vegan plus additional to taste
