Ingredients for Turmeric Chicken Recipe

  • 220 gram chicken meat
  • 1 Nos red onion
  • 30 Nos french beans
  • 1 Nos carrot
  • 1 Nos fresh chilli pepper
  • 2 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 8 tablespoon Water

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut carrots and french beans lengthwise into thick strips.
  • STEP 2.Slice chillies diagonally and chop shallots into wedges.
  • STEP 3.Chop chicken into pieces.
  • STEP 4.Prepare a marinade of tapioca flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, water and sugar.
  • STEP 5.Now marinate the chicken with the marinade and keep it for 15 minutes.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add enough oil to a pan and heat it.
  • STEP 2.Add the marinated chicken and fry it well.
  • STEP 3.Once the chicken is fried, take it out and oil from the pan completely.
  • STEP 4.Take a pan and water to it, add carrots, french beans and saute it at medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Now add shallots and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 6.Then toss the chicken into veggies and mix well. Serve hot with steamed rice.
