  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced fennel and cook until softened.
  • STEP 4.Add the sauerkraut, caraway seeds, and apple cider vinegar to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
