  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Heaping cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt, or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper, or more to taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Applesauce
  • As required Vegetable Oil, For Frying
  • 5 Slider sized buns for serving
  • 1/4 cup Good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, Minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • As required Baby kale or butter lettuce, fresh tomato slices, dill pickle slices
