  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut

  • STEP 1.Peel the ridge gourd and cut it into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the ridge gourd pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add grated coconut and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the ridge gourd is tender.
