Ingredients for Tur dal curry Recipe

  • 0.17 kg Onetur dal
  • 0.33 teaspoon Turmeric powder one
  • 1/2 nos red chilli powder
  • 0.67 nos coriander seeds few
  • 0.83 teaspoons Coriander powder two
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder one
  • 1.17 nos Cumin seeds few
  • 1.33 nos Tomato
  • 1.50 nos salt to taste
  • 1.67 teaspoon Garam Masala one
  • 1.83 nos water for cook
  • 2 nos Mustard seeds few.

Directions: Tur Dal Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the tur dal and wash it well. Now take a pressure cooker and add the water for heat. Now add the tur dal in the cooker for boiled for soft and cover the lid for five minutes. Now take one another deep pan and heat in medium flame. Add the oil and heat it. add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion slices dry red chilli fry in low frame for few minute. Add the sale, tumeric powder and red chilli powder tomato chopped and mix well it fry in low frame for few minute. Now add the boil tur dal with fry mixture masala. All are cook well and boiled them, then add the coriander leaves pieces. Remove the tur dal curry from the stove. Serve it hot with naan or rice. Garnish coriander leaves
