STEP 1.Wash 1cup basmati rice and 1/2cup saboot masoor dal seperatly for 1hours. Drain the water and keep it ready to use.
STEP 2.Take 1clove, 2black pepper, poppy seeds, green coriander leaves, tomato in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
STEP 3.Take asli ghee in a pressure cooker add jeera,all whole spices and saute them for 1minute. Add sliced onion and saute it until light pink.
STEP 4.Add dhaniya tomato paste and Cook it for 5minute.Add dhaniya powder, haldi powder, red chilli powder . Now add curd and mix every thing very well. Cook until ghee seperates.add salt per taste, 3cup water andcook it on medium flame until 3-4whistles.
STEP 5.Tudkiya bhath is ready to serve. Serve with curd.
