Finding quick and healthy options for breakfast and snacks is often challenging. Im ashley from spoonful of flavor and today i am sharing one of my favorite healthy options for snacking. Tropical fruit yogurt parfaits are perfect for summer because they are a refreshing treat with a taste of the tropics. I love parfaits because they are easy and can also be made ahead of time in small servings. I make them the night before and eat them for breakfast the next day. They are also great to snack on when you are on vacation and need a healthy treat. Kids and adults will love them
