Ingredients for Tri colour cashew burfi. Recipe

  • 2 cup Milk powder
  • 1/4 cup Cashew powder
  • 2 Tbsp Table spoon desi ghee
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.33 Cup Sugar
  • A Few Drops Food colour

Directions: Tri Colour Cashew Burfi. Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all accumulate the ingredients.
  • STEP 2.Heat the ghee and Milk in a fry pan.
  • STEP 3.Once the milk is boiled add milk powder slowly so that lumps are not created.
  • STEP 4.Keep the burner flame low.
  • STEP 5.When the milk powder is milk and milk becomes thick add cashew powder and stir it nicely.
  • STEP 6.Add sugar powder get it cooked till it leaves the fry pan.
  • STEP 7.Now col down the mixture so tht it can be touched with hands.
  • STEP 8.Now devide the mixture in three parts and add food colour .
  • STEP 9.Now the mixture for preparing burfi is ready.
  • STEP 10.Now it can cut any shape desire and leave it to get it dry.
  • STEP 11.Now iwr tri colour cashew burfi is ready.
