I first learned about this salad when a relative of mine made it. I liked it so much that I asked for the recipe. I modified it a little by adding the bacon to it. It's a delicious salad, and the sauce really enhances the flavor!.
1/4 pound Fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
0.06 pound Bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
0.06 Red onion, chopped
As required Dressing
0.13 cup Mayonnaise
0.06 cup Sugar
1/4 tablespoon Cider vinegar
