Toor daal soya vada 😊My unique ingredient in this vada is Soya granual ..Here I try to make it more Healthy and tasty too with adding soya granual with toor Daal.
STEP 1.. Firstly soak the soya granual in hot water for 15 min. And also soak the toor dal in water for at least 2 to 3 hours. After 3 hours, drain the dal and leave the dal in the colander for few minutes. So that the toor dal doesn’t have any water in it.
STEP 2.2. Now add dal, ginger and green chilly to a mixer jaar and Pulse it few times to get a coarse mixture.
STEP 3.3.Now squeeze out soya granual properly .
STEP 4.4. Then Transfer the soya granual and ground dal in to a big bowl. Add that chopped onion, , salt, red Chilli powder, Cumin seeds , fennel seeds, coriander leaves , and Mix well.
STEP 5.5. Preheat oven on 180℃.
STEP 6.6. Take a small portion of the mixture and make a round shape and flatten it slightly. And coat with sesame seeds.
STEP 7.6..Now Bake it on 180℃ for 10 to 12 minutes. Vada become Golden brown and crispy take out in plate.
STEP 8.7. Enjoy the vada with green chutney and tomato sauce..
