#tomato Spaghetti lasagna is a twist from the traditional lasagna. It's a yummy comfort food. I have added lot of tomatoes in chopped as well as paste form in it This savory recipe is perfect for meal and for any party. It's appetizing as well as filling.

Ingredients for Tomato Spaghetti Lasagna Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Spaghetti
  • 1/4 Pieces onions chopped cut
  • 1/2 Cups Wash n Roughly chop tomatoes
  • 1/4 Tsp cloves garlic(minced)
  • 1/4 cup corn pearl
  • 1/4 Pieces bellpeppers
  • 0.19 cup Tomato or pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cups cheese process
  • 0.13 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 tsp Dried italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Directions: Tomato Spaghetti Lasagna Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. In a deep bottom pan, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain water and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Take a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute chopped onion and garlic. Add chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and corn.
  • STEP 3.3.  Mix properly with pasta sauce made of tomatoes and salt. Cover and cook the vegetables for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.4. Then add Italian seasoning and toss the mixture . Transfer it to a bowl.
  • STEP 5.5. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Grease the baking dish.
  • STEP 6.6. Layer one-third of the spaghetti in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of vegetable mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • STEP 7.7. Again repeat layers of one-third spaghetti and the remaining vegetable mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • STEP 8.8. Finish with the remaining spaghetti and cheese.
  • STEP 9.9. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese melts. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy!!
