  • 125 gm Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Table spoon butter
  • 1/4 A Few Small bay leaf
  • 1/4 Pieces Medium onion
  • 1/4 A Bunch big clove garlic
  • 0.13 As Required 1/2tps salt 1/2tps sug

Directions: Tomato Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat butter in a pan add bay leaf chopped onion n garlic
  • STEP 2.Fry until little roasted
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes n sprinkle salt cook until sightly soft
  • STEP 4.Cool d mixture discard d bay leaf
  • STEP 5.Transfer in jar make a puree
  • STEP 6.Strain n seive d mixture
  • STEP 7.Add spices n herbs n bring to boil n salt sugar n pepper
  • STEP 8.And serve hot
