STEP 1.Take a pan put some oil once it gets heated up add mustard seeds, when it starts to crackle add asafetida, curry leaves, chopped drum sticks ... then add ginger garlic paste, then add tomatoes, onion and saute for few minutes.
then add all other spices and add water and let it cook for few minutes until tomatoes became soft.
STEP 2.For paste mix all the ingredients and churn in mixture .
STEP 3..Add them in the tomatoes and add salt and required water and boil for some time and let it become thick.
STEP 4.Serve hot with idli.
