Ingredients for TOMATO SALSA Recipe

  • 2 nos Tomatoes -
  • 1/2 nos Chopped onion -
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice -
  • As required Black pepper - a pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt -
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar -
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves -
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano -
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic -

Directions: Tomato Salsa Recipe

  • STEP 1.To prepare salsa roast tomatoes in a medium flame with the help of folk and cut into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Mash the onion,garlic and coriander leaves and mix well in the roasted tomatoes.
  • STEP 3.Sprinkle black pepper,salt and sugar and mix well.
  • STEP 4.At the end squeeze of lime juice and serve.
