Sabudana comes from tapioca and mainly available in southen areas. Not only popular in maharashtra but also a popular breakfast of south. It can be made either with just cumin peanut tadka or with masala of onion and tomato. Being a fasting recipe it is normally made of potato and peanuts. However here i made with just tomato for a quick breakfast.
