Ingredients for Tomato rice Recipe

  • 3/4 cup 1 1/2 cup
  • 1 Tbsp tbs ghee
  • 1/2 Pieces medium-sized onion
  • 1/2 Sprig reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Tbsp tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Cups 1 cup
  • A Few Some spices
  • 1.50 cups water
  • A Few Spices cardamom
  • 1/2 A Few no bay leaf

Directions: Tomato Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add 1 1/2 cup rice rinse well and soak for 30 min
  • STEP 2.Heat a pressure cooker with one tbs
  • STEP 3.ghee
  • STEP 4.Saute cardamom bayleaf an laung jeera
  • STEP 5.Add ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes
  • STEP 6.Add one cup tomatoes cook till mushy add garam masala turmeric powder
  • STEP 7.Add d strained rice with 3 cups of water
  • STEP 8.Blow 3 whistles and garnish with cilantro
