STEP 1.First wash the rice and soak the it for 30min.add ghee in the cooker and add bay leaf and cardmom and few clove.after that add sliced onions and saute till golden brown.add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.add chopped tomatoes and salt and turmeric powder and cook for few minutes.add soacked rice and mix gently.cover with lid and cook for 1 vistile.let it cool down and open the lid and mix gently.your tomato pulao is ready to eat.
