Ingredients for Tomato paneer sabji Recipe

  • 83.33 nos grams paneer
  • 1 nos tbsp Curd (whisked)
  • 1.33 nos green chilli
  • 0-0.33 nos Cashews (pre soaked)
  • 1 nos Med tomato
  • 0.17 nos “ Ginger
  • 0.17 nos Tsp cumin seeds
  • 0.33 nos bay leaf
  • 0.17 nos tsp cumin powder
  • 0.17 nos Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.17 nos Tsp coriander powder
  • 0.17 nos tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.08 nos tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 0.17 nos Tsp sugar
  • 0.67 nos Tbsp oil
  • As required Salt
  • 1.17 cup - cup Water

Directions: Tomato Paneer Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble ingredients, chop potato into cubes and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Make a smooth paste of soaked Cashews + green Chilli + ginger.
  • STEP 3.Make a medium thick paste of cumin powder + turmeric powder + coriander powder + Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • STEP 4.In moderately heated add oil, allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Then add tomato cubes and sauté for around 2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add cashew paste, masala paste ,Curd + little water and sauté till oil is seen on surface.
  • STEP 6.Add water + salt and wait for 5-6 times boil. Add paneer cubes + garam masala and cook for 3 - 4 minutes under medium heat. Add Kashmiri red chilli at this stage.
