STEP 1.Assemble ingredients, chop potato into cubes and keep aside.
STEP 2.Make a smooth paste of soaked Cashews + green Chilli + ginger.
STEP 3.Make a medium thick paste of cumin powder + turmeric powder + coriander powder + Kashmiri red chilli powder.
STEP 4.In moderately heated add oil, allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Then add tomato cubes and sauté for around 2 minutes.
STEP 5.Add cashew paste, masala paste ,Curd + little water and sauté till oil is seen on surface.
STEP 6.Add water + salt and wait for 5-6 times boil. Add paneer cubes + garam masala and cook for 3 - 4 minutes under medium heat. Add Kashmiri red chilli at this stage.
