Ingredients for Tomato dosa Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups Roughly chopped tomatoes
  • 0.33 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • As Required Some coriander leaves
  • 0.08 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.17 cup Sooji
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.17 tbsp jeera
  • 1 g 3-4 g

Directions: Tomato Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a grinding jar, add all tomatoes and green chilli and grind them to make a thick puree....
  • STEP 2.Now, in a bowl add puree, ,,wheat flour rice flour, sooji and mix well add required water slowy, to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves, jeera and mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 4.After, Heat a dosa pan and grease it with some oil, slowly add some batter and spread well. Heat it from both sides by flip it.
  • STEP 5.And your Tomato Dosa is ready to serve.
