  • 1/4 Cup tomato puree
  • 0.13 Cup besan
  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger chilli paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Coconut grated

Directions: Tomato Coconut Khandvi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a cadai add tomato puree,chilli paste,salt,
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl put besan add water to make lumpfree slurry
  • STEP 3.Pour on cadai add 1 cup water keep stir well until it becomes thick
  • STEP 4.Then spread on oil greased plate give flat spread then sprinkle coriander, coconut roll it place on a plate
  • STEP 5.Heat a cadai pour oil add mustard,curry leaves fry well add tadaka on khandavi sprinkle coconut, coriander ready to serve
