  • 53.33 nos gms Potatoes
  • 33.33 nos grams Peas
  • As required as needed Onion
  • As required Ginger
  • As required handful chopped french beans
  • 0.67 nos Tomato
  • 0.33 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.67 nos tbsp Garam masala powder
  • As required red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp turmeric powder
  • As required as per taste salt
  • 0.67 nos tbsp Refined oil
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • As required as needed Water

Directions: Tomato Carrot Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the carrots and potatoes and peas properly with water in a big vessel. Now cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Now take a big fry Pan and put some cooking oil and heat it. Now put chopped onion, ginger, and garlic paste and cook it at medium flame for some time....
  • STEP 3.Now put carrots and potatoes and peas in the pan and mix it properly. Cook it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes serve it on a plate and put some coriander leaves for garnish.
