Directions: Tomato Bhurji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn transluce
  • STEP 3.Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes and vegetables become soft......
  • STEP 5.Add the crumbled paneer and gently mix everything together. Cook for a few more minutes until the paneer is heated through.
