STEP 1.1 Wash peel and chop onion, beetroot, ginger chilli, garlic.
STEP 2.2 In a pressure cooker add chopped tomatoes and all vegetables. Add water and pressure cook till 7-8 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
STEP 3.3 Heat oil in a wok. Slice the bread slice in pieces and deep fry till golden brown colour and crispie.
STEP 4.4 Grind the cooked vegetables in a mixer to a fine paste. Add water if needed.
STEP 5.5 Heat butter. Add grinded vegetables, cinnamon stick and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add water to adjust the consistency of mixture.
STEP 6.Mix salt and black pepper powder.
STEP 7.6. Add fried bread cubes.
STEP 8.7. Serve hot garnished with butter and chopped coriander leaves.
