Ingredients for Tomato & Beetroot Soup Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Beetroot
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 2 g 4-6 pods of g
  • 1/2 Pieces Piece ginger
  • 1/2 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Bread slice
  • as required Cooking oil
  • 1/2 g lass water
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Stems stick cinnamom

Directions: Tomato & Beetroot Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 Wash peel and chop onion, beetroot, ginger chilli, garlic.
  • STEP 2.2 In a pressure cooker add chopped tomatoes and all vegetables. Add water and pressure cook till 7-8 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
  • STEP 3.3 Heat oil in a wok. Slice the bread slice in pieces and deep fry till golden brown colour and crispie.
  • STEP 4.4 Grind the cooked vegetables in a mixer to a fine paste. Add water if needed.
  • STEP 5.5 Heat butter. Add grinded vegetables, cinnamon stick and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add water to adjust the consistency of mixture.
  • STEP 6.Mix salt and black pepper powder.
  • STEP 7.6. Add fried bread cubes.
  • STEP 8.7. Serve hot garnished with butter and chopped coriander leaves.
