Ingredients for Tomato aloo matar Recipe

  • 1/10 cup matar
  • 0.40 pieces Potatoes
  • 1/5 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/10 cup Tomato puree
  • as required Salt
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • as required water
  • 1/5 teaspoon Kasoori methi

Directions: Tomato Aloo Matar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a pressure cooker, put cumin seeds in it, let it splutter .Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it, add some water and cook till oil seperates.
  • STEP 2.Now add allo and matar give it a good mix, add water as required gravy, give 2 whistles.switch off the flame.
  • STEP 3.Add some roasted kasoori mathi
  • STEP 4.Serve hot
